Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Psychopathic at 5.0 against Mixy's 4.3. Psychopathic also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Mixy's advantage is ratings volume (19K vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mixy sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Psychopathic sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Psychopathic holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mixy has 19K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Mixy ships an update fortnightly, Psychopathic every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
