About

Rep Yourself

Features

Rep Yourself is a focused tracker for the Armstrong Pull-up Program, the classic 5-day rotation built to take your pull-up max from wherever it is now to where you want it to be. THE PROGRAM, BUILT IN Every workout day is set up for you, exactly as the program specifies: Day 1: Max Effort Sets Day 2: Pyramid Sets Day 3: 3 Grips, 3 Sets at your training reps Day 4: Max Training Sets Day 5: Repeat whichever day challenged you most that week Log each set as you go. The app tracks your training numbers forward automatically, so you don't need a spreadsheet or a separate notes app. REST TIMER THAT STAYS WITH YOU Start a rest timer and it keeps counting down right on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can put your phone down between sets and still see when it's time to go again. REMINDERS ON YOUR WORKOUT DAYS Pick the day your training week starts and a time that works for you, and Rep Yourself schedules the other four days automatically. You'll only get a nudge on a workout day if you haven't logged yet. Reminders are off until you turn them on in Settings. YOUR PROGRESS, AT A GLANCE The dashboard shows your current week and day, a history grid of completed, shortened, and skipped days, and a weekly summary. You can see the pattern of your training, not just today's workout. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Rep Yourself doesn't have an account and doesn't show ads. Your workout data (every rep, set, and program day) stays on your device and is never collected or transmitted. The app does send anonymous, aggregate usage data, like which screens you visit, to help improve the app. It's never linked to you, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings. BRING YOUR HISTORY WITH YOU Already tracking the program with Rep Yourself on another device or the original web app? Export your data there and import it here. Your past workouts come right along. Whether you're just starting the program or picking it back up, Rep Yourself keeps the plan simple: show up, do the day's work, and let the app handle the tracking.
