Run your business by text. Prio is a conversation. Text what you want, the way you’d text a person — “send Dana Friday’s invoice” — and Prio handles it: getting paid, the schedule, the books, the hours, the follow-up on what’s late. No forms, nothing to learn, and no money moves until you say so. Getting paid - Request, send, and collect payment right in the conversation — custom invoices and shareable payment links included. - Set two prices, a bank price and a card price. Both are shown upfront; the client picks. - Bank to bank, between verified parties, into your own account. No wallet, no held balance. - Late invoice? Say the word and Prio resends and reminds — the awkward message is never yours to write. The rest of the job - Recurring invoices go out on the schedule you set. A client who turns on autopay is charged on time, on an authorization captured up front. - Clients book a slot from your public link, and reschedule or cancel by replying to their booking reminder. - QuickBooks connects read-only, right in the chat. Turn on sync and each Prio invoice mirrors into the books. Ask for a report and it arrives in the conversation. - Hours are tracked in the same thread the money lives in. How money is handled - A person approves every business before it can collect here. - Every payment previews and waits for your OK. Autopay charges only on an authorization the payer gave up front. - Bank transfers: $1 + 1%, the 1% capped at $5, on payments under $2,000. Cards: $1 + 3%. No monthly fee. Your network pays you - Pay a vendor who’s new to Prio and, when they join, they’re in your network. The payment is the referral — no code, nothing to sell to a friend. - Opt in to Cash Money and Prio pays you a flat, published thank-you on each qualifying invoice a vendor in your network gets paid — monthly, for as long as they’re active, out of Prio’s own fee. Never added to anyone’s price. Not points. Income. Every paid invoice can give - Sponsor a church or nonprofit, and every paid invoice your business receives sends it $1 — paid by Prio, straight to its bank, monthly. No cost to you, your client, or the church. - A church joins in one conversation, changes nothing, and only ever receives. Setup takes about five minutes. More arrives without more hours — that was the whole point. Do Less. Earn More. Give More.

SquareUp is the fastest way to split a bill the way it was actually ordered — not by dividing by four and hoping nobody notices. Point your camera at the receipt. SquareUp pulls every line item, tax, and tip. Tap who had what. Text everyone their own itemized total with a one-tap link to pay you back. No more screenshots, no more "I owe you around $20?", no more chasing people the week after. SquareUp is great for: -Dinners out with friends who all ordered different things -Roommates splitting groceries, utilities, and rent -Group trips where someone's been fronting everything -Couples who keep a running tab on shared costs -Coworkers on a regular lunch rotation Here's how it works: Scan a receipt and every item, tax, and tip gets parsed automatically -Tap items to assign them to people; shared stuff splits evenly across whoever had it -Tax and tip divide proportionally, so nobody overpays for the friend who got the lobster -Send everyone their share over iMessage with a Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App link pre-filled The people paying you back don't need to download anything. Their link opens in a browser with their personalized itemized total and payment buttons — tap, pay, done. Every feature you'd expect, and the ones you wouldn't: -Works on faded thermal receipts, handwritten tabs, and screenshots of delivery orders -Groups with running balances across every bill, simplified down to the fewest possible payments when you settle up -Friends list so you're not retyping names for the same dinner crew every week -Balance on the home tab — what you're owed, what you owe, across everything -Recurring bills for rent and subscriptions so they post themselves -Credit card rewards tracking so you know what card to put the group dinner on -Spending insights by person, group, and month -Export any bill or group to CSV or PDF for taxes -Home screen widgets for your balance at a glance -Guest mode — works without an account -Dark mode throughout SquareUp is free to start. Every premium feature is unlocked for your first two weeks, no payment info required. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
