This full body workout on the Megaformer is designed to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance. With a maximum of 12 people per class, expect lots of attention. Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, modifications make this class suitable for all levels. 50 minutes. All Levels. Megaformer Basics Class: Our signature class with added support. In the Basics class you will experience our classic moves but taught at a more moderate pace and with more support options included in the instruction. If you are looking for a more simple approach or find yourself modifying many exercises in our All Levels classes, this class is for you.
