How It Works: Submit a Request – Customers can enter text or upload an image (such as a prescription or product photo). Pharmacies Respond – Nearby pharmacies manually check their stock and provide availability details, including possible alternatives. Connect Directly – Customers can contact pharmacies from the search results. If delivery is available, the pharmacy will handle the process. SEE WHAT'S AROUND YOU Donations and help requests show up on a map when the person chooses to share where they are. Search to jump straight to a particular item or request. HEAR ABOUT THINGS NEARBY Switch on nearby alerts and Dwara tells you when someone about a kilometre away posts a donation or needs help. Both alerts are optional, separate, and can be turned off any time in Profile → Notifications. KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOU'VE GIVEN Every item you actually hand over counts toward a giving tier — Giver, Kind, Generous, Champion, Legend. A quiet nudge to keep passing things on.
