Can't focus. Get distracted. Forget things. A daily 10-second brain training habit, for adults. ◯ Why handwriting? Research shows handwriting activates broad sensorimotor regions that tapping or typing cannot reach. ・Mueller & Oppenheimer (2014) — handwritten notes improve memory ・van der Meer et al. (2020, NTNU) — handwriting activates wider brain areas ◯ Train 6 cognitive domains ・Attention — sustained focus ・Memory — working and long-term ・Processing Speed — reaction and judgment ・Executive Function — planning, switching ・Language — reading, writing, thinking ・Visuospatial — spatial awareness 40+ mini-games train these 6 domains, a little every day. ◯ Training matched to you Answer five questions once. What you struggle with (staying focused, forgetting, planning, rushing into mistakes, reading and writing), how much time you have, and when you want to train — your daily set is built from that. ・Trainings that match your struggles come first ・Your daily amount follows the time you have ・Reminders are set for the time you chose ・Redo it anytime from Settings ◯ Brain Dojo Check Once a day, three quick tests measure Processing Speed, Inhibitory Control and Working Memory. Your result is shown as a rank from 10th Kyu to 10th Dan, with a radar chart. ◯ Built for adults who struggle to stay consistent ・Sessions start at 10 seconds ・Quiet by default — no pressure notifications ・Daily completion stamps ・Streaks won't shame you if you miss a day ・A weekly goal, so a missed day can be made up that week ・Start today's training straight from the Home Screen widget ◯ What users say "I can finally keep a habit." "10 seconds in the morning resets my focus." ◯ Free to use All trainings except the newest ones are free to play (with ads). With BrainDojo Plus, ads disappear and every new training is available anytime. ◯ Subscription BrainDojo offers an optional subscription (BrainDojo Plus) for full access to all games and features. If you choose to purchase BrainDojo Plus, payment will be charged to your Apple account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Prefrontal Lab

Features

Prefrontal Lab is a collection of short training games for iPhone. Each round takes about a minute. Open it, play one, put it away. Every feature is open to every player, with no subscription. SIX GAMES · Schulte Grid — Tap numbers from 1 to 25 in order. · Stroop Test — Ignore the word meaning. Choose its actual color. · N-Back Memory — Decide whether the number matches the one 1 step ago. · SET Logic — Find 3 cards whose color and shape are all same or all different. · Neuron Counting — Count every matching target shape, then submit the number. · Code Logic — Use four clues to find a three-digit code with no repeated digits. ADVANCED AND ENDLESS Besides Basic, every game has a harder Advanced mode and an untimed Endless mode you play until you choose to stop. What Advanced changes: · Schulte Grid — tapped cells leave no mark · Stroop Test — the color swatch is removed; you choose the written color name instead · N-Back Memory — 2-Back, matching two steps back · SET Logic — adds fill level, which must also be all same or all different · Neuron Counting — more similar, moving distractions · Code Logic — four-digit codes with no repeated digits TWENTY-TWO SCHULTE BOARDS Schulte Grid has a page of its own. Pick a size — 3×3, 4×4, 5×5 or 6×6 — then a way to play it: forward, reverse, evens first, odds first, or blind. There is also a letters board, A through Y, and an Endless mode with no clock. Every board keeps its own best, and the result screen offers the next one to try. YOUR TEXT SIZE Set it in Settings ▸ Display & Brightness ▸ Text Size and the app follows, with no restart. DAILY CHALLENGE One fixed task per day, the same for everyone. Visual Lightning, Reverse Radar, Color Override, Memory Loop, Logic Calibration, Neural Storm, Letter Maze and Expanded Grid rotate through, each finished in 60 to 120 seconds. Completing it checks in the day and builds your streak. COGNITIVE ARENA A continuous mixed run of Schulte Grid, Stroop, quick SET, N-Back and Neuron Counting, in Basic or Advanced, tracking your personal best. ABOUT YOUR DATA Prefrontal Lab collects nothing. Your training records, level progress, daily check-ins, language and sound settings are stored only on your own iPhone. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account to create. There are no ads. Privacy Policy: https://prefrontal-lab.com/privacy
