My Interval Timer is AD FREE!. Tap the 'plus' to add a new workout, tap the 'pencil' to edit an existing one. Set times for Warm up, High intensity, Low intensity and Cool down. You can even set a suitable sound to indicate when one interval changes to the next, such as from high to low intensity.
