About

MindEntry

Features

MindEntry is a guide for Mental Navigation. When something needs to change but you don't know how to move forward, MindEntry helps you navigate what comes next. Set a Mental Destination. Take one Mental Step at a time. Change the path when things change. Continue until you arrive — or decide somewhere else is where you need to go. MENTAL NAVIGATION Mental Navigation is about moving from where you are now toward a Mental Destination. The path doesn't have to be fixed before you begin. Take the next move, see where you are after taking it, and continue from there. MENTAL DESTINATION A Mental Destination is where you want this navigation to take you. It can be concrete. It can be small. It can change. If it no longer fits, change it without throwing away the navigation you've already made. MENTAL STEPS Mental Steps guide you through a navigation one step at a time. They can contain instructions, questions, choices, or actions in other MINDBEBOP tools. Use existing Mental Steps or create your own. Mental Steps can also be connected to Thought Blocks in MindBackyard, so a path can stay available with a thought until you want to use it. You don't need to hold the whole path in your head. Just take the Mental Step you're on. ADAPT THE PATH Mental Navigation doesn't assume the route you imagined at the beginning will remain the right route. A Mental Step may change where you are. Your Mental Destination may become clearer, smaller, different, or no longer necessary. MindEntry lets the navigation adapt while you're inside it. CONTINUE LATER You can finish later. Leave temporarily. Continue later. Resume from where you stopped. MindEntry keeps the navigation together so you don't have to reconstruct the path in your head. MINDBEBOP TOOLS INSIDE MENTAL STEPS Mental Steps can open other MINDBEBOP tools when a thought needs a different kind of interaction: • MindFlipOut — look at a recurring thought differently • MindShoutOut — put aside a thought you don't need to carry right now • MindZoneOut — give an overloaded mind a quiet moment • MindBackOut — create some distance from selected apps • MindBackyard — give attention room to move Then return to the same Mental Step and continue. THOUGHTS AND MENTAL STEPS Thoughts from other MINDBEBOP apps can remain available as context while you navigate. In MindBackyard, Mental Steps can be connected to Thought Blocks in Thought Space. A thought can stay where it is while possible paths remain available when you want them. THE FIRST MOVE When the whole path feels like too much, The First Move focuses on the smallest move you can take from where you are now. Begin there and see what becomes possible next. MINDANCHOR After a successful navigation, MindAnchor lets you capture something from the state you arrived in to return to later. MINDEVENTS Some navigations depend on circumstances changing. MindEvents can bring a navigation back when a relevant event occurs. Nothing decides the next move for you. CREATE AND SHARE MENTAL STEPS Create, import, adapt, and share Mental Steps so a useful path can be reused. SHORTCUTS, SHARE EXTENSION, AND UNIVERSAL LINKS Bring content into MindEntry from other apps, Shortcuts, App Intents, Universal Links, or the Share Extension. CROSS-DIMENSIONAL HANDSHAKE Advanced users can connect meaningful state transitions to HTTPS webhooks. PART OF MINDBEBOP MINDBEBOP is a modular system designed to reduce Thought Noise, support Mental Navigation, and anchor successful mental states. MindEntry provides the navigation layer — helping you move toward where you want to be while allowing the route to change. DESIGNED TO STAY LIGHTWEIGHT • No required account • No tracking • No analytics • Core data stays on your device You don't need to know the whole path before you start. Take the next move. See where you are. Then navigate from there. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
