Subnet Vault is a subnet calculator and network toolkit for network engineers, IT administrators, students and anyone studying for a networking certification. SUBNET CALCULATORS • IPv4: enter an address with a CIDR prefix or subnet mask to get the network and broadcast addresses, usable host range, host count, wildcard mask, network class, binary breakdown, reverse-DNS (in-addr.arpa) name, and IPv6-mapped and 6to4 forms. Auto-Detect fills in your current Wi-Fi network. • VLSM: split a network into subnets of different sizes. You get an efficient allocation, a colour-coded map of the address space, and CSV export. • IPv6: expanded and compressed forms, prefix, address range and address count for any prefix length. • Colour-coded binary views show exactly where the network bits end and the host bits begin. 17 NETWORK TOOLS • Reachability: Ping, Traceroute (with optional network-owner lookup) and Port Scanner • DNS: DNS Lookup, Reverse DNS, and DNS Propagation across major public resolvers • Web: HTTP Headers with timing, and SSL Certificate with chain and expiry • Ownership: WHOIS and IP Geolocation • Local network: My Network, Network Services (Bonjour discovery) and Wake-on-LAN • Wireless: Bluetooth Scanner, Bluetooth Explorer, NFC Tag Reader and NFC Tag Writer (NFC requires an iPhone) Export results as text, CSV or JSON, or copy any value with one tap. SAVE AND SYNC Save IPv4, VLSM and IPv6 results, then rename, search, share or reopen them in the calculator. Saved results sync across your devices through iCloud and appear in Spotlight search. LEARN IPv4, binary and wireless reference tables, a step-by-step subnetting tutorial, and a searchable networking glossary. BUILT FOR EVERY DEVICE • A side-by-side layout on iPad • Full Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion support • Dark mode PRIVACY FIRST No ads, no tracking and no accounts. Subnet Vault collects no data. Your saved results stay in your own iCloud, and network lookups go only to the service you asked to query.

About

Subnet Scout

Features

Subnet Scout helps you discover devices and services on the local IPv4 network connected to your iPhone or iPad. Choose or enter an IPv4 CIDR range, start a scan, and watch results appear as the app combines ICMP echo, targeted checks of common TCP ports, and Bonjour service discovery. Features: • Detects the active Wi-Fi IPv4 range • Finds reachable devices with evidence from ICMP, TCP, and Bonjour • Shows hostnames, common open TCP ports, and advertised Bonjour services • Displays service type, hostname, port, addresses, and selected TXT metadata • Searches by IP address, hostname, port, or service • Adapts from iPhone navigation to an iPad split-view interface • Keeps scan results on your device Subnet Scout uses only public iOS and iPadOS APIs. iOS does not expose the system neighbor table to apps, so MAC addresses and vendor lookup are unavailable. Bonjour discovery is limited to service types declared by this app version. Local Network permission is required to scan. Results can vary because of device sleep, firewalls, client isolation, VPN routing, and segmented networks.
