CustappUser vs Simone Society

This application is intended for tenants residing in managed residential buildings. It provides access to relevant and recurring announcements from both the condominium administration and the building itself. Tenants can view information regarding the current custodian responsible for the maintenance and security of the facilities. Additionally, the app allows users to submit reports related to any issues or malfunctions within their apartment or common areas. One of its most notable features is the ability to receive real-time notifications when packages or certified mail arrive at the custodian's station.
