Effica vs Done

Organize your day without the clutter. Effica combines the simplicity of a built-in reminders app with the organization of a dedicated task manager — lists, groups, tags, and reminders, all in one clean app built natively for iPhone and iPad. No account needed. No tracking. Your tasks sync instantly and privately through your own iCloud. INSTANT ICLOUD SYNC Your tasks, edits, and manual ordering sync in real time across every device you own. No setup screens, no account creation — just sign in with your Apple ID and everything works. • Automatic sync via iCloud, no setup required • Full offline functionality • Manual drag-and-drop ordering preserved • Works without internet, syncs the moment you reconnect SMART LISTS THAT ORGANIZE THEMSELVES Stop deciding where things go. Smart Lists sort your day automatically. • Today: Everything due today • Scheduled: Every task with a date, at a glance • Flagged: Your priorities, always visible • All Tasks: The complete picture • Completed: A record of what you've gotten done • Inbox: A home for anything you haven't sorted yet Build custom lists with your own colors and icons, then group them by work, home, projects, or however your life is organized. TASK MANAGEMENT THAT ADAPTS TO YOU • Tags: Label tasks freely, then filter by one tag or several at once • Smart Reminders: Any date, any time, repeating patterns, full timezone support • Subtasks: Break big projects into steps you can actually finish • Notes & Links: Keep context attached to the task itself • Image Attachments: Add a photo for visual reference • Priority Levels: Flag what actually matters • Flexible Sorting: Manual, alphabetical, by date, by priority — your choice ACT WITHOUT OPENING THE APP Mark a task complete or snooze a reminder straight from the notification. No unlocking your phone just to check something off. DESIGNED FOR APPLE, NOT ADAPTED FOR IT Effica is built from the ground up for iOS — not a copy-pasted Android app, not a web wrapper. Every animation, every gesture, feels like it belongs on your iPhone. • Fluid animations, instant response • Full Dark Mode support • Optimized equally for iPhone and iPad • Built to feel like part of the system, not a guest on it YOUR PRIVACY IS THE DEFAULT, NOT A SETTING Zero tracking. Zero data collection. Zero third-party servers. Your tasks live in your personal iCloud, encrypted with your own Apple ID. Effica never sees your data — no analytics, no ads, no back-end database to breach. We don't even ask for your email address. WHO EFFICA IS FOR • Professionals juggling projects and deadlines • Students tracking assignments and schedules • Families coordinating errands and shopping • Anyone done with bloated productivity apps that ask for too much • Anyone who'd rather their task list stayed their business WHY EFFICA, NOT ANOTHER TO-DO APP Most task apps ask you to create an account and store your data on their servers before you've even added your first task. Effica doesn't. • Instant setup — no signup forms, no email verification, no waiting • Real privacy — your data stays in your personal iCloud, not ours • Offline-first — every feature works with no connection at all • Feels instant — built specifically for iOS, not squeezed in from another platform • No lock-in — your data is always yours, always in your iCloud Effica is free to download, with Premium available for people who want more.
