NilaiDana is a personal asset value and lifecycle management tool. It helps you log your belongings and track purchase cost, current valuation, value fluctuation, holding period and final disposal status. You may manually record the approximate current value of items in NilaiDana, compare purchase price against current valuation, and review value changes via history records. Core Features ● Create item profiles: save item photos, name, brand, purchase price, category, purchase date and place of purchase. ● Record current valuation: manually input current value, valuation date, valuation reference and notes for owned items. ● View value changes: compare purchase price and current value to track appreciation, depreciation and value retention rate. ● Valuation history: store every manual valuation entry to review value shifts over time. ● Clear net worth summary: dashboard shows total estimated net worth, total purchase cost of all items and cumulative value change. Items without valuation will be marked as "Estimated at purchase price". ● Holding cost: calculate daily holding cost based on purchase price and holding duration. ● Full disposal log: record items sold, gifted or retired. For sold items, log selling price, date and sales channel. NilaiDana does not provide real-time market pricing, automatic quotes from marketplaces or investment advice. Current valuations are entered manually by users. Items without valuation records are estimated using purchase price for personal reference only and do not represent actual transaction prices.
