About

Sofya

Most productivity apps are filing cabinets. You open them, you type things in, you close them. Whether anything actually happens is entirely up to you. Sofya works the other way round. It reads what you have going on, and it gets in touch. A PLAN EVERY MORNING, FREE At 7am the Morning Planner looks at what is due today, what is already overdue, and the habits you are trying to keep. Then it tells you where to start. You do not open the app. You do not stare at a list deciding. It arrives. This is free, and it stays free. WHAT YOU KEEP IN IT Tasks with priorities, due dates, tags and subtasks. Type "gym tomorrow 7am" and Sofya offers you the due date. Habits, daily or weekly, with streaks that are worth protecting. Goals broken into milestones you can see yourself moving through. A focus timer that knows which task you are on, and counts the hours it saves up. Bringing a list over from Todoist or TickTick, so you do not start from an empty app. All of that is free too. SEVEN MORE AGENTS, IN PREMIUM The Pattern Spotter is the one nothing else can do. It reads your tasks, habits, goals and calendar together and tells you what they say as a group. Things like which day of the week your streak actually breaks on, or what a morning full of meetings costs the rest of your day. No other app holds both halves of that sentence. The Habit Coach checks in when a streak is about to break. It does not nag. It names the pattern and offers you a freeze. The Focus Guardian books your focus time on weekday mornings, before the day fills up. The Wellness Check notices when you have loaded more into a day than a day holds. The Smart Scheduler reads your deadlines and works backwards. The Goal Advisor asks you on Sunday for one thing to move this week, and Friday reports back on that exact thing. The Insight Narrator writes up what actually moved, from your real data. Not a chart to interpret. A paragraph to read, in the app and in your inbox. IT LEARNS WHEN YOU WORK After a few weeks Sofya knows the hours you actually finish things in, and moves your morning plan to suit. A 7am briefing is no use to someone who starts at eleven. ANSWERING BACK Log a habit or use a freeze straight from the notification, without opening the app. Ask any agent why it said something and get a straight answer about your own data. ALSO IN PREMIUM Apple Calendar sync, so due dates and focus blocks sit alongside your meetings. Streak freezes, for the days life gets in the way. Task breakdowns that turn something vague into the first three steps. The weekly write-up by email as well as by notification. ABOUT YOUR DATA Sign in with Apple is supported if you would rather not hand over an email address. Sofya asks for nothing it does not need, and you can delete your account and everything in it from Settings, at any time. SOFYA PREMIUM Available as a monthly or annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. About

Memol

Features

Memol is a notes app built on one idea: it's okay to forget. Notes aren't for remembering. Write something down, let it leave your head, and just ask the AI when you need it back. Write as a team, and a colleague picks it up right when you've forgotten it. We built Memol so you can work with a clear head, always. 【Who it's for】 • People who take notes but can never find them later • People whose notes turn to chaos because tagging and foldering is a hassle • Companies and shops where only one person knows how something works • People frustrated by Evernote's price increases • People who find Notion too heavy and feature-packed • Students and their study notes 【What makes Memol different】 ■ AI search — no tags, no folders needed The AI understands every note by meaning. Search with vague, natural phrases like "the hiring plan we decided in last month's leadership meeting" or "that design idea I had at the cafe" and you'll find it. Notes you forgot to tag, notes from back when your folders were a mess — all findable. ■ Share with your team and end key-person risk Invite people to a workspace and everyone can AI-search any note, no matter who wrote it. No more work grinding to a halt when a veteran is out, or knowledge vanishing when someone leaves. Important notes can be locked to "view only," so you can share them without risking unwanted edits. ■ Great for students, too Lecture notes, exam prep, report drafts, reading notes. ■ Simple, pleasant writing A focused editor with the extras stripped away. Markdown, image attachments, tables, and code blocks are all there when you need them. You can also capture voice notes that transcribe as you speak, and let AI start a draft from just a topic. 【How people use it】 • Sharing meeting minutes across a team • Sharing customer records (salons, clinics, animal hospitals, and more) • Managing client-specific rules (accounting firms, professional services) • Sharing recipes and manuals across locations (restaurants) • Building up a library of repair cases (auto repair shops) • Property notes and customer history (real estate) • Lecture notes, exam prep, reading notes (students) If you take notes but never really use them, if your team struggles with key-person risk, if you're looking to move off Evernote, or if you're a student — if even one of these is you, give Memol a try.
