LynxNote turns your meetings, conferences, and voice notes into accurate transcripts and summaries β powered by AI. FEATURES β’ High-accuracy Turkish + English transcription β’ Automatic AI summaries β short, detailed, and key points β’ Action item extraction β’ Translation β’ Fast server-assisted transcription β your recordings are never stored on our server β’ Background recording β’ Full dark mode and Dynamic Type support β’ Complete Turkish + English interface HOW IT WORKS LynxNote uses Sign in with Apple β we never collect your name or email. Transcription is server-assisted on every plan; there is no on-device transcription. Your recording passes through our server only for the duration of the job and is deleted from our server when processing finishes β it is never stored on our server. Transcription and AI processing run on service providers outside TΓΌrkiye (US/EU), which handle content under their own terms, as described in our Privacy Policy. Every new account starts with a one-time, non-expiring 30-minute transcription credit, all features unlocked β there is no recurring monthly free allowance beyond that. After you sign in and accept the Terms of Use, the app asks once, on a single screen, for your sharing permission to pass content to these providers; you can withdraw it at any time in Settings. Without it, the app can't process new recordings, but your existing notes stay readable, exportable and deletable. PLANS β’ Trial credit β one-time 30 minutes on account creation, all features unlocked β’ 5 Hours / month β 5 hours/month server-assisted transcription, all AI features β’ 10 Hours / month β 10 hours/month server-assisted transcription, all AI features; also available yearly (10 hours every month, billed yearly) β’ +1 Hour β one-time extra hour, never expires, used after your plan minutes run out AI features (summary, action items, translation, title) are subject to per-plan fair-use limits. The monthly budget covers roughly 17 hours of recordings on 5 Hours and roughly 28 hours on 10 Hours (monthly or yearly); the trial credit's budget covers about 4 hours. A daily limit also applies. When a limit is reached, that feature pauses until it resets β recording and transcription are unaffected. See Terms of Use. USE CASES β’ Business meetings β’ Lectures and class notes β’ Conferences and panel recordings β’ Interview documentation β’ Voice journals and idea capture PRIVACY On our server, your recording exists only in memory for the duration of processing β never written to disk, deleted once processing finishes. Common personal-data patterns (national ID numbers, IBANs, phone numbers, emails) are masked on a best-effort basis before reaching any AI provider. Your account is identified by a pseudonymous ID issued by Apple (not anonymous; purchases and usage counters are linked to it) β we never collect your name or email. Your notes stay on your device.
