このアプリは、毎日の気分の変化を記録し、その推移を可視化することで、自身の感情の動きを理解するためのツールです。前日と比べて今日の気分がどう変化したかを記録することで、長期的な心の動きを把握することができます。 よくある感情記録アプリは、今の感情を5段階（とても良い〜良い〜普通〜悪い〜とても悪い）などの絶対的な値で記録していきます。それにはいくつかの問題があります。 ・今の気分を絶対的なものとして記録するのが苦手な人がいる（感情を客観的に捉えづらい人がいる） ・昨日が感情のピークだったと思ったのに、今日はそれを上回る好調だった場合、5段階よりも上を選びたいが、それは不可能 ・気分が明るいことが必ずしも良いとは限らない人もいるが、既存アプリではそれを考慮していない 「これだけ良い」「これだけ悪い」という絶対値ではなく、前日との比較で相対値を記録していくことにより、それらの問題を解決できると考えています。 新しい試みをしているので、皆さんのご意見をうかがいたく、まずは無料で公開しております。
