Steady Move
Read full descriptionHide full description
SteadyMove is the calm gym companion for adults 50+. Strength, balance, and mobility — built around the way real trainers prescribe workouts and the way most over-50 lifters actually train. No social feed, no scrolling, no ads. Just the workout, the machines, and your numbers. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Trainer Plan — Type your trainer's paper workout sheet in once. SteadyMove turns it into a session you can run on your own, with the exact machines, weights, sets, and rest you were prescribed. • Machine memory — The first gym app that remembers your seat height, back pad number, and arm position for each machine. Walk up, set up in seconds, lift. • Mountain Park Community Center built in — 30 pre-loaded machines if you train there. Plus a "hotel basic" gym profile for travel days. Add your own gym in a tap. • Saved workouts + favorites — Build a session once, run it forever. Mark your go-to workouts with a star. • Apple Health — Steps, stairs, exercise minutes, weight, and body measurements flow in. Your strength sessions also write back to Apple Health as workouts so your rings count it. • Calm UI — Designed with low-vision and hearing-impaired readers in mind. Large type, high contrast, gentle haptics, no audio cues required. • Rest timer between sets — Optional, quiet countdown with a soft haptic when it's time to lift again. • Pause and resume — Real gym life. Phone call, set to put back, partner wants to chat. Close the session, come back, pick up where you left off. • 10 accent themes + dark mode — Match it to the Steady After 50 tracker app if you use both, or set your own vibe. • Scale-photo weight entry — Snap your scale, SteadyMove reads the number. • Past-entry dates — Forgot to log Tuesday? Add it Wednesday, picks the right day in the chart. • kg/cm or lb/in — Your call. Not preferring American measures. • Face ID lock — Optional. Your strength and body data stays private to you. • Doctor export — One tap CSV of workouts + Apple Health + weight + measurements. Bring it to your appointment, hand it over. WHO IT'S FOR Adults 50+ who lift, walk, stretch, and want to keep moving. People who train with a personal trainer once or twice a week and lift on their own the rest of the time. Anyone who's tired of fitness apps that assume you're 25 and competing. PRIVACY Your data stays on your device. SteadyMove doesn't have a login, an account, or a server. Apple Health, Face ID, and Photos are accessed only when you opt in. We don't track you across apps. PAIRS WITH STEADY AFTER 50 If you use the Steady After 50 tracker (GLP-1, weight loss, nutrition, longevity), SteadyMove shares its weight and body measurement data through the App Group bridge — log once, see it everywhere. Built quietly, for the long haul.
