Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: BAFSK (DIGICAMPUS) at 100% against Chorcha's 50%. BAFSK (DIGICAMPUS) also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Chorcha's advantage is ratings volume (224 vs 5) and rating (4.4 vs 4.2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Chorcha holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chorcha has 224 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of BAFSK (DIGICAMPUS)'s written reviews are positive against 50% of Chorcha's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
BAFSK (DIGICAMPUS) ships an update fortnightly, Chorcha every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
