Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Kapi Cam at free with in-app purchases against Bleach Bypass's subscription. Kapi Cam also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 284) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17). Bleach Bypass's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kapi Cam sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Bleach Bypass sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Kapi Cam against 4.6 for Bleach Bypass. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kapi Cam has 1.7K ratings behind it against 284, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 90% of Kapi Cam's written reviews are positive against 86% of Bleach Bypass's.
Kapi Cam ships an update every 8 days, Bleach Bypass every 11 days. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
