Woofly listens to your dog and turns each bark into words as it happens, the way a live interpreter would. Tap once and keep the app open. Every bark, growl, or whine appears in the live transcript as a word within a fraction of a second. When the outburst pauses, the whole pattern is read as one of eleven meanings, from sounding the alarm to welcome home to something hurts, and written out as a sentence in your dog's voice. Each line shows what was heard, the words, the sentence, a small picture of the bursts, and the measurements behind the reading. Woofly learns your dog's usual pitch, so a Chihuahua and a Great Dane are each judged against their own voice. Private by design. Audio is analyzed on your device and discarded. Nothing is recorded, saved, or uploaded, there is no account, and the app works offline. The translations are playful estimates built from real measurements of each bark, following published research on how bark pitch, harshness, and rhythm relate to context. They are not mind reading and not a substitute for watching your dog's body language.
