Magic News vs LearnPiq

Magic News is a newspaper that teaches you a language. Every day, real news stories are rewritten to match your level. Beginners get simple words and short sentences. As you improve, the stories grow with you. You are always reading something true, current and interesting, never "the cat is on the table." HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the language you want to learn and tell us your level. 2. Read today's stories, rewritten just for you. 3. Tap any word you don't know for an instant explanation. It is saved to your word list. 4. Talk about the story with Maya, your AI tutor. She can even call your phone, just like a friend. READ THE NEWS AT YOUR LEVEL • Real stories from today, adapted to beginner, intermediate or advanced. • Build your own front page: pick the desks you care about, from Science and Tech to Sport and Culture, or add any topic you like. • Tap a word, get the meaning in a second, keep reading. • Every word you tap is remembered, so tomorrow's paper fits you better. TALK TO MAYA, YOUR AI TUTOR • Have a real voice conversation about any story. No booking, no classroom. • Maya rings your phone for practice calls. Answer, chat about the news, hang up smarter. • Prefer typing? Message her about any story instead. REMEMBER WHAT YOU LEARN • Word cards and quick reviews bring back the words you are about to forget. • A weekly review edition built from your own reading. • New to Korean, Japanese or Chinese? Script School teaches Hangul, Kana and Pinyin from zero. LISTEN LIKE A PODCAST • Every story has an Audio Edition for your commute, the gym or a walk. WATCH YOURSELF LEVEL UP • Comprehension scores, milestones and daily reading streaks. • Home screen widgets: today's front page, your streak and your saved words. 16 LANGUAGES English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese. Learn anything. LearnPiq turns whatever you are curious about into a real course, built for you in minutes. Type a topic. Quantum computing, Renaissance art, Korean grammar, options trading, anything. LearnPiq plans it out with you in a short chat, then generates a full path of units and lessons at your level. HOW IT WORKS Tell us what you want to learn and why. LearnPiq asks a few questions about your goal, your background and how much time you have, then builds a course around your answers. Work through short lessons. Each one mixes readable explanations with quick exercises: multiple choice, true or false, matching pairs and putting steps in order. You get instant feedback on every answer. Keep it. Spaced repetition brings back what you are about to forget, right when you need to see it again. STAY WITH IT Streaks, XP and daily goals give you a reason to come back tomorrow. Hearts keep you honest on the exercises. Earn gems as you learn and spend them on refills and streak freezes. Weekly leagues put you against other learners at your pace. Add friends, compare progress and see who shows up. LEARNPIQ PRO A free account plans a full course and gets its first lesson written, so you can read one before deciding. Continuing that course needs Pro. Pro writes up to 90 new AI lessons for you every billing period, which covers a 60-lesson full course with room to start another. It also unlocks unlimited hearts, unlimited daily reviews, offline downloads, and mistake practice that drills the exact questions you got wrong. If you use up a period's lessons, a pack of 60 extra lessons is available in the app, and everything you have already generated stays yours to keep studying. Everything works offline once a lesson is downloaded, and your progress syncs across devices. Start with one topic you have been putting off. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS LearnPiq Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered as LearnPiq Pro Monthly at $7.99 per month, or LearnPiq Pro Yearly at $69.99 per year (about $5.83 per month).
