Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: VPN MIR at free against Pipster Security's free with in-app purchases. VPN MIR also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.1) and review sentiment (62% vs 47%). Pipster Security's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.7.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
