About

DogTalk

Features

Ever wonder what your dog is trying to tell you? DogTalk listens to a bark, whine, growl, or howl and gives you the English "translation." Tap the big button, let your dog talk for up to 15 seconds, and DogTalk analyzes how loud, how long, and how high-pitched the sound was. Then it picks the perfect line for the moment — from "Walk? Walk. Walk! WALK." to "Squirrel! Squirrel! SQUIRREL!" WHAT YOU GET • Bark, growl, whine, and howl detection • A translation, a mood, and a confidence score for every sound • A session log so you can scroll back through the conversation • One-tap sharing of your dog's best quotes PRIVATE BY DESIGN Audio is analyzed live on your device and never saved or uploaded. Only a few numbers (loudness and pitch) exist during analysis, and they are discarded immediately. Translations vanish when you close the app. JUST FOR FUN Dogs don't actually speak English. The translations and confidence scores are playful guesses based on the sound alone — DogTalk is for entertainment, not a substitute for knowing your dog. If your dog won't cooperate, feel free to bark yourself. DogTalk is free and supported by ads.
