Bedtime battles. Morning meltdowns. The endless "five more minutes" argument. Kids fight time because they cannot see it. Gentle Timer lets them watch it pass. Set any duration. As the seconds tick down, an image you choose slowly appears beneath a soft fade. A favorite pet, a silly cousin, tomorrow's sunrise. Your child stops asking "is it done yet" and starts waiting for the picture to finish. Ideal for: • Sleep training early risers. Kids stay in bed until the picture finishes and morning is allowed. • Bedtime and naptime wind-downs without screens, songs, or stalling. • Brushing teeth, getting dressed, picking up toys. • Calming a toddler who has hit the wall. • Smoother transitions for children with autism or ADHD. • Helping preschoolers grasp how long five minutes really is. • Center time and quiet activities in classrooms. No bright colors. No loud alerts. No cartoon mascots screaming for attention. You pick the photo. You pick the song that plays at the end. The app stays out of your child's nervous system and out of your data. Fully offline. No ads. No accounts. No tracking. Try one calm timer today and watch the next routine go differently.
