"Absolutely. Here’s the revised version without mentioning roasting: Our Story The Phin Coffee & Matcha was founded with one simple mission: to share the rich heritage of Vietnamese coffee through a modern café experience. Vietnam is the world’s second-largest coffee producer, yet its coffee culture remains underrepresented around the world. We believe authentic Vietnamese coffee deserves to stand alongside the finest specialty coffees, celebrated for its bold character, rich flavor, and unique brewing traditions. At The Phin, every cup is brewed using the traditional Vietnamese phin filter, honoring a method that has been passed down through generations. Alongside our signature Vietnamese coffee, we serve ceremonial-grade matcha and handcrafted specialty beverages made with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. Our cafés are designed to blend Vietnamese heritage with modern simplicity, creating a warm and welcoming space where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy exceptional coffee. The name “The Phin” honors the iconic Vietnamese coffee filter—a symbol of patience, craftsmanship, and tradition. Just as every drop from a phin filter takes time, we believe great coffee should never be rushed. The Phin Coffee & Matcha is more than a café. It is our commitment to preserving Vietnamese coffee culture while reimagining it for a new generation. Every cup tells a story of tradition, quality, and passion—one phin at a time."
