See what to do next. Find your way back when plans change. Have things to do, but struggle to choose where to start? Get pulled away halfway through? OK Planner brings tasks, your daily schedule and a journal together for people with ADHD and anyone who gets distracted easily. See your day, choose one manageable step and return at your own pace. MAKE THE NEXT STEP VISIBLE See tasks and plans on a visual timeline. Break a bigger task into small steps so you can leave yourself a clear place to start. Organize with tags, colors and priorities. Additional colors and fonts are available with Pro. CHOOSE SOMETHING THAT FITS THE TIME YOU HAVE See gaps between the plans you have entered and pick a task for the time available. Move between daily plans and a monthly overview. Free time is based on your saved plans and the daily hours you set. MAKE ROOM FOR A CHANGE OF PLAN Adjust the date, time or order of unfinished tasks. Capture a task with just a name and leave it in Later until you are ready to choose a date. You can decide on one thing now and plan the rest later. LEAVE YOURSELF A WAY BACK Start with a 5-, 10- or 25-minute focus timer. When you take a break, leave a note about what to do next. Pause, add five minutes or return to the same task. Finishing a timer never marks the task complete for you. KEEP A RECORD, EVEN WHEN WRITING FEELS HARD Write, use on-device voice input on supported devices or add up to six photos per journal entry, even without text. Choose your own mood. Look back at completed tasks and this week's timer time to see small steps you have taken. FREE EVERYDAY TOOLS Create, edit and save tasks and journal entries, plan your day, use Later, add steps and run the manual focus timer. This week's statistics are included. There are no limits based on task count or completed tasks. MORE WITH OK PLANNER PRO An optional in-app purchase adds reusable routines, batch task entry, weekly and monthly PDF reports, Apple Calendar integration and Google Calendar through a Google account added to your iPhone. Pro also includes Apple Watch features with a connected iPhone, past-week and monthly statistics, creating or changing repeat and timer auto-start settings, and additional colors and fonts. Neither the free app nor Pro uses external AI. Records are saved on your device. iCloud sync is optional and off by default. Turn it on to sync tasks, journal entries and photos across devices using the same Apple Account. The moods you select and record are not included in this app’s iCloud sync. Connecting to Apple Health is also optional and off by default. With your permission, the moods you choose are saved to State of Mind in Health. You choose which records to import, too. Journal text and photos are never sent to Health.
