Stillfast is a fast reaction warm-up for athletes. In about two minutes before you compete, you run a quick set of reaction drills and walk on ready. Pick your sport and Stillfast builds a quick, ever-changing warm-up from drills tuned to it. No two warm-ups are the same, so it never becomes a memorized routine. WHAT YOU GET - Hands-on reaction drills: simple reaction, go/no-go, peripheral, tracking, target flicks, anticipation, near-far focus, and more — quick, varied, and honest about your own times. - Your numbers, your way: every drill logs your reaction time and accuracy. See personal bests, a "best by drill" breakdown, and your trend over weeks — always your own baseline, never ranked against anyone else. - Game day, handled: add your games (or link your calendar) and get a reminder to warm up before each one, plus an optional daily reminder. - Built for the bus, the locker room, or the sideline. Works on iPhone and iPad, portrait or landscape. HONEST BY DESIGN Stillfast is a preparation tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not claim to improve your sport-specific skill or transfer to game performance. It is a fast reaction warm-up to help you get ready — made simple. Pick your sport. Run your warm-up. Lock in.
