Tiny bugs. Powerful combos. A squad built by you. Bug Squad Tactics is a roguelike auto battler that combines tactical positioning, team building, and chain-reaction abilities. Choose your bugs, plan your upgrades, and watch your strategy play out in automatic, turn-based combat. Build your bug squad Discover 30 playable bugs and 60 passive abilities. Combine bugs whose abilities complement one another and experiment with different squad setups. Turn positioning into power Your formation shapes how your bugs work together. Rearrange your team, connect passive effects, and trigger abilities that set off other abilities. Find the combo that brings your squad to life. Five enemies. Fifty turns. Defeat all five enemies, including a fearsome frog, within a total of 50 turns per run. Your first defeat leaves you a chance to recover. Your second defeat ends the run. Grow your bugs. Bugs can reach a maximum star level of 6. The gacha system provides permanent star upgrades that carry over into future runs. During a run, use food rewards to boost stats or gain abilities. Fruit can also temporarily raise a bug's star level to strengthen your squad for the battles ahead. Rebuild your strategy. After a run-ending defeat, assemble your squad again and rebuild its in-run ability upgrades. Permanent star levels carry over; temporary star boosts from fruit do not. Try a different formation and discover new ability combinations on your next attempt. Plan at your own pace. There is no countdown timer rushing your decisions and no need for fast reflexes. Combat resolves automatically, leaving you to focus on your team, its positions, and the upgrades that support your plan. Build your squad. Chain your abilities. Make every turn count.
