Log every set, track your strength progression over time, and train alongside a real community instead of alone. Most fitness apps make you choose: a flexible logbook with no guidance, or a rigid plan that doesn't adapt to your life. Fortis does both: a free, open training log built on your community, plus an adaptive coach that reads your progress and adjusts your program in real time. Key Features Log every detail with precision – Track exercises, sets, reps, and weight across every lift, every session. Monitor strength progression – See your e1RM trend and performance history for every lift, automatically. Seamless workout sharing – Post full workout details so your training partners see exactly how you train. Get coached, not just tracked – Fortis Premium catches plateaus before you do and adjusts your program to keep you progressing. Train your way – Powerlifting, bodybuilding, Olympic lifting, or general strength training, Fortis adapts to your program. Stay consistent when life gets busy – Premium's flexibility layer moves your training days around your schedule without losing progress. Train Smarter, Together Strength training doesn't have to be a guessing game or a rigid script. With Fortis, you build your training log alongside a real community and get an adaptive coach that steps in the moment your progress stalls, so you stay consistent, keep progressing, and don't burn out. Whether you're chasing a new squat PR, refining your technique, or just staying consistent in the gym, Fortis gives you the tools to track, train, and grow, with a community behind you and a coach in your corner. Forma is a workout journal for lifters who take training seriously. No feeds, no fluff — open the app, hit the plate, log your session, get stronger. LOG LIKE A LIFTER Weight, reps, and optional RIR — two taps per set. Mark warmups and drop sets, reorder or swap exercises mid-session, and keep notes on the sets that mattered. A rest timer starts itself after every completed set (and knows drop sets don't rest). BEAT LAST SESSION Forma remembers what you lifted and turns it into targets: last session's numbers pre-filled, a "+1 rep" goal per set, and a weight-increase cue when you've owned the rep range. Progression you can act on mid-set, not analysis homework afterwards. LIVE HEART RATE Start a session on your iPhone and Forma's Apple Watch companion starts a workout on your wrist automatically — live heart rate and calories stream straight into the session screen, and avg/max are saved to every workout. (Requires Apple Watch.) THE LOG Every session on record — sets, volume, duration, notes, and vitals. Estimated 1RM charts per exercise, personal records detected the moment you lift them, streaks and levels that reward showing up. YOUR SPLIT, YOUR RULES Start from curated plans like Push Pull Legs or Upper/Lower, or build your own training blocks day by day. Same-name days, custom exercises, ~550-exercise database. BUILT INTO YOUR IPHONE Live Activity and Dynamic Island timer, Apple Health sync (workouts count toward your rings), iCloud backup, CSV export of everything you've ever logged. Your data stays yours.
