Ponchorado is a satirical Wild West survival-action game with roguelite elements, set in the 1930s cartoon style — taking place in the ruins of a never-finished western movie. Play as Poncho, a forgotten stuntman fighting his way through chaos, clichés, and caricatures in a desperate attempt to finally be seen — and maybe even win the BOSSCAR, the highest honor of the fictional Academy of Cinematic Constructs. But the prize is more than just a symbol of fame — it represents visibility, recognition, and the right to tell your own story. As Poncho, a never-credited side character, you’ll battle your way through a fragmented film world full of bizarre gatekeepers, lost scenes, and unleashed characters — all fighting for their place in a movie that was never finished. Your goal: Defeat all ten “Gatekeeper Bosses” to nominate yourself for the BOSSCAR — and maybe, at last, rise from forgotten extra to true leading role.

Build a swarm of tanks and smash through the level! Choose the best gates to grow your army, avoid traps that destroy your tanks, and reach the boss with as many tanks as possible. At the end of each level, your tanks fight a giant boss tank. The bigger your swarm, the better your chance to win. Earn coins, unlock new tank colors, and take on harder levels as you progress. Easy to play, quick to learn, and satisfying to master.
