Every handoff between systems becomes someone's job. One vessel movement can mean a dispatch board, a ticket app, a separate service record, and a run of calls and texts holding it together. NeriOS puts the movement in one place. Information is entered once, and it follows the work. ENTER IT ONCE One record carries the movement from the order through to the ticket. Every screen reads the same movement, so a change made in one place is not re-keyed in three others. EACH ROLE SEES WHAT THEY NEED • Pilots - the watch picture: your current job, board and call times, transportation, tides and currents • Dispatch - the live board, and what it is likely to look like next • Drivers - duty status and ride offers, confirmed from the truck • Boat crews and helo - ladder side, transfers, and aircraft availability • Apprentices - required maneuvers, turns and counts, with evaluations entered from the pilot's phone BUILT FOR THE WATCH, NOT THE DESK • See the rotation before you commit to it - cover a job and keep your place • Rest is tracked and shown: who is resting, and until when • Your job history, your ride history, and the day's report AT A GLANCE, WITHOUT UNLOCKING NeriOS includes a home-screen widget and a lock-screen widget (iOS 16 or later). After you sign in, add it from the widget gallery to see your board number and your current or next job. The widget always shows when it was last updated, and its optional lines can be switched off in Settings. TICKETS AT THE RAIL Fill the ticket, attest it, and capture the captain's signature on the phone. That service record is the same record dispatch is working from - not a second copy someone has to reconcile later. ALERTS YOU CHOOSE Silent, a single alert, or a repeating alarm, set per notification type. The things that matter wake you and the rest do not. WHERE IT LOOKS AHEAD, IT SAYS SO The projected board shows what is likely to hit the board next, and labels it a prediction rather than presenting it as fact. MOCai advises. It never assigns a pilot and never blocks dispatch. ALSO IN THE APP A shared calendar, the organization directory with tap-to-call, Face ID or Touch ID unlock after your first sign-in, and a way to report a bug or request a feature without leaving the app. ACCESS NeriOS is a private operations tool. Accounts are provisioned by your organization and there is no public sign-up in the app. If your organization does not use NeriOS yet, visit nerios.io to get in touch.
