Build consistent habits with Sequential, an animated checklist that walks you through your own routines, workouts, musical practices, study sessions, meetings, or anything you can dream of. Designed to help you stick with it! Allow for the variables in life: It’s difficult to stick to routines in the midst of our chaotic lives. So when you run a sequence, you chose between three levels: the essential, moderate, and ambitious versions of your routine to account for the time or energy you have. Repeating the essential steps of a sequence builds the muscles to keep you on track, and makes sure you’re achieving the necessities. Structure without stress: Each step in a sequence only completes when you say it’s done, with customizable nudges to keep you on track without feeling like you need to beat the clock. No streaks: Focus on the day ahead without being shamed for missed days. No unnecessary data or bells and whistles to distract you while you’re trying to build a habit. Built for everyone: Designed by and for people with ADHD, but flexibile enough to help anyone who wants to do more with less time. And it fully supports VoiceOver and other accessibility features, so nobody is left out. I’m an independent developer and I’ve created Sequential to fill a real need in my own life. My priority is providing a useful and easy to use product, rather than price gouging and upselling. That means no tracking, no ads, and no AI. I don’t want your data, so Sequence doesn’t collect it. Features: - No ads, even in the free version - Optional voice notifications to speak each step of your routine out loud - Assign each step a level to allow your routine to fit into the time you actually have - Freely customziable push notifications to keep you on track - Assign an emoji to each step to quickly identify it at a glance - Simple and calm design that feels at home on iOS - 7 different timer styles, from whimiscal to minimal - Schedule your sequences to start at or end by a certain time, and get reminded when it’s time to start - Import and export your sequences to a plaintext format at any time - Full support for VoiceOver and other accessibilty features - Create unlimited sequences* - Choose from 16 themes and 37 different app icons* *Requires Sequential Unlimited purchase Terms of service: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy policy: https://sequentialapp.net/privacy

Stedo

Stedo is the calm daily planner that turns a busy head into a clear plan – organize your day, build routines you can reuse, and let AI do the heavy thinking. KEY FEATURES Today's plan – Every morning AI picks the 2–3 things that matter today, with a short reason for each, so you know where to start. I'm stuck – When it's hard to get going, Stedo gives you one tiny first step and a short timer. Take the next small step or call it good – both count. Plan your day your way – Organize the day into your own groups and view it as a simple list or a timeline. A week strip and month view keep navigation easy, while “Now” and “Up next” always show what to do. Reusable routines – Build a routine once and reuse it across groups; edit it in one place and it updates everywhere. Give any routine a timer, a checklist or a reward. AI co-planner – Speak or type a brain-dump and let Stedo build routines for you. Hand it a big, vague task and it breaks it into small, doable steps. Capture now, sort later – Drop any thought into your inbox, then turn it into a routine, checklist or to-do when you're ready. Focus mode – Take one routine at a time: run its timer, tick the checklist, and unlock the reward at the end. Points & rewards – Earn points for what you finish, create your own rewards, and spend points to unlock them – with little celebrations along the way. Gentle support – Smart follow-ups nudge you once if a routine hasn't happened yet (never between 10 pm and 7 am). Insights show how your mood connects to your routines, and a private helper link lets a partner, parent or coach follow your day. STEDO PLUS Stedo is free to use: tasks, routines, checklists, the inbox, the focus timer, mood check-ins, points and rewards. Stedo Plus is an optional subscription with a free trial. It adds today's plan, I'm stuck, smart follow-ups, AI planning and task breakdown, the routine player, insights and the weekly reflection, the helper link, calendar sync, longer mood history with PDF export, and extra app icons and colors. WHY STEDO - Built with ADHD in mind – small steps, gentle reminders and no guilt when a day doesn't go to plan. - Calm by default – quiet design, one clear thing at a time, light and dark themes. - Positive by design – progress is rewarded with points, rewards and small celebrations. - Made for everyone – work, studies, family or just calmer days; Stedo fits how you already think.
