Build consistent habits with Sequence, an animated checklist that walks you through your own routines, workouts, musical practices, study sessions, meetings, or anything you can dream of. Designed to help you stick with it! Allow for the variables in life: It’s difficult to stick to routines in the midst of our chaotic lives. So when you run a sequence, you chose between three levels: the essential, moderate, and ambitious versions of your routine to account for the time or energy you have. Repeating the essential steps of a sequence builds the muscles to keep you on track, and makes sure you’re achieving the necessities. Structure without stress: Each step in a sequence only completes when you say it’s done, with customizable nudges to keep you on track without feeling like you need to beat the clock. No streaks: Focus on the day ahead without being shamed for missed days. No unnecessary data or bells and whistles to distract you while you’re trying to build a habit. Built for everyone: Designed by and for people with ADHD, but flexibile enough to help anyone who wants to do more with less time. And it fully supports VoiceOver and other accessibility features, so nobody is left out. I’m an independent developer and I’ve created Sequence to fill a real need in my own life. My priority is providing a useful and easy to use product, rather than price gouging and upselling. That means no tracking, no ads, and no AI. I don’t want your data, so Sequence doesn’t collect it. Features: - No ads, even in the free version - Optional voice notifications to speak each step of your routine out loud - Assign each step a level to allow your routine to fit into the time you actually have - Freely customziable push notifications to keep you on track - Assign an emoji to each step to quickly identify it at a glance - Simple and calm design that feels at home on iOS - 7 different timer styles, from whimiscal to minimal - Schedule your sequences to start at or end by a certain time, and get reminded when it’s time to start - Import and export your sequences to a plaintext format at any time - Full support for VoiceOver and other accessibilty features - Create unlimited sequences* - Choose from 16 themes and 37 different app icons* *Requires Sequence Unlimited purchase Terms of service: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy policy: https://sequenceapp.net/privacy
Routine Timer & Habit Planner

RUU is an app that helps you get through your daily routines. Unlike a regular to-do list, it shows only what to do right now, with a timer. That means less time wondering, “What was I supposed to do next?” RUU is especially useful for people with ADHD who struggle with procrastination, planning backward from a deadline, or forgetting things. WHO RUU IS FOR • You want your morning routine to go more smoothly • You often notice the time you meant to leave has already passed and end up late • You have tried habit apps before but stopped using them after a few days WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH RUU ● Build your own routines Just put the tasks you do every day in order. ● Do one task at a time with a timer See how much time is left for each step and focus only on what you are doing now. ● Hear the current task out loud Even when your hands are full, you’ll know what to do next. ● Run routines from your Apple Watch Keep going without opening your iPhone and getting pulled into something else. ● “Quick mode” for hard days Turn it on to skip every nonessential task at once. Use it to skip cleaning or studying on days when you’re at your limit. ● Add branches Put different paths into a single routine. For example: rainy days or sunny days, weekdays or weekends. WHAT RUU DOES NOT DO × Streak tracking RUU does not include statistics showing how many days you have kept a habit going. Breaking a streak can hurt a little. And if that makes you abandon the habit itself, the tracking has defeated the point. If you’re okay with that, give RUU a try! I hope it makes each day a little easier.
