Struggling with self-harm? You donβt have to figure it out alone. Speek is a mental health support app for teenagers who self-harm. It gives you a private, judgement-free space to understand what youβre feeling, learn ways to cope, and get support from people who get it. Speek has been developed with clinicians and informed by established best practice in mental health care. Whatβs inside: Interactive Learning Modules Step-by-step modules that help you understand self-harm, make sense of difficult emotions, build healthier ways of coping and look after yourself. Each one is hands-on, with activities, reflections and exercises you can work through at your own pace, whenever suits you. Clinician Messaging Secure messaging with qualified clinicians for non-urgent questions and guidance. This service is not intended for crisis support. 1-1 Clinician Calls Video sessions with clinicians experienced in supporting young people who self-harm. Once you join, a clinician will arrange a session with you, and it will appear in the app so you always know when itβs happening. Sessions focus on coping strategies, personalised guidance for your situation and pointing you to other support where helpful.
