While it runs, you can only add time or add things to block. ■ Time left, right on the Lock Screen Time left shows in a Live Activity and the Dynamic Island. Each time you back out of a blocked app, it counts toward this session. ■ The Screen Time vault, for when holding on is hardest Lock your Screen Time passcode in the Screen Time vault. To get it back, you ask and wait the time you chose (1 hour to 7 days), and it only opens after the current monk mode ends. No need to remember the passcode. ■ See your focus in numbers Today's focus time, your streak, and the last 14 days at a glance.
