IrvingTXGov vs Srvd.

Engage with the city on the go to report concerns, pay bills, find events, and more. One app with multiple features makes doing business with the City of Irving easy

Srvd is the volunteer management platform that actually respects everyone's time. Built for churches, nonprofits, and community organizations, Srvd replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, group texts, sign-up sheets, and "who's covering Sunday?" panic with one calm, AI-assisted system that handles scheduling, communication, substitutes, and insights from a single home. WHY TEAMS SWITCH TO SRVD • AI-powered scheduling - Tell Srvd who's available and what roles need filling. Our SchedulerAgent builds a balanced, rule-aware schedule in seconds. • Smart substitutes - When someone can't make it, SubstituteAgent finds and asks the right replacements based on role, history, and availability. • Respectful reminders - Push notifications and email by default, SMS only for true urgencies. We never spam your volunteers. • Built-in communication - Send role-specific updates, confirm assignments, and answer "what time again?" without leaving the app. • Insights that help - See who's serving too much, who hasn't served in a while, and where you have coverage gaps before they bite. DESIGNED FOR REAL VOLUNTEER TEAMS • Recurring events with complex role structures • Minor volunteers with parent-routed notifications • Conflict checking against unavailable dates and time-off requests • Multi-team and multi-campus organizations • Roles, permissions, and approvals that match real org charts FOR VOLUNTEERS • See your upcoming serves at a glance • Accept, decline, or swap with one tap • Block out unavailable dates from your phone • Get reminders that respect quiet hours FOR COORDINATORS • Build schedules in minutes, not evenings • Stop chasing people for replies • Spot burnout before it happens • Export to PDF, CSV, or your bulletin PRIVACY FIRST Srvd is built with privacy as a foundation, not an afterthought. Minor volunteers are linked to a parent or guardian, and all notifications route to that parent's contact. We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. Ever. Free to try.
