Umbric

Website data does not carry over between sessions — and the moment someone might look, the whole screen hides. • Reduces ads and trackers with network rules and on-page cleanup • Cookies, cache, and web storage do not persist between sessions; history stays on your device • The moment you switch away, the screen auto-camouflages • One-tap wipe clears the categories you choose There are moments you'd rather not show your screen to anyone. A stranger's glance on a packed train, someone walking behind you in a café, the seconds your phone sits unattended, a brief hand-off to someone else. In those moments, leaving no trace and showing nothing matter. Umbric leaves no trace and shows nothing — an iOS browser that keeps cookies, cache, and web storage out of persistent storage, blocks ads and trackers, and auto-camouflages its screen when moved to the background. Key features - Non-persistent storage for cookies, cache, and web storage (wiped between sessions) - Browsing history stays on-device only, never sent externally — wipe it with one tap - Private Mode: Face ID-protected, separate space for bookmarks and history - Two-layer ad & tracker blocking (network rules + DOM-level removal) - Stops pop-ups and ads that open new tabs on their own - Fingerprinting protection (Canvas / WebGL / AudioContext / Navigator) - HTTPS enforcement, JavaScript dialog blocking, camera / mic access denied - One-tap wipe: clear history, cookies, cache, and more by category - Focus Filter integration: switches into Private Mode automatically - Recently closed tabs, in-page search, reader mode, video download About the name "Umbric" combines Umbra (Latin for shadow) with the idea of a deft, well-considered move. Sit beside you without taking up space, slip out of sight the moment a glance comes near — your privacy, kept by your own hand. Leaving no trace isn't about deceiving anyone. It's about taking care of your own privacy. No trace. Nothing shown. — Umbric.

The page, cleaned up before it reaches you. Vigatamala is a general-purpose privacy browser you can set as your iOS default. Links from other apps can open here too. It does not chase pop-ups one by one. It works earlier: ad slots, trackers, malicious redirects, cookie notices, and "open in app" walls are handled before the page settles whenever possible. FREE, NOT A TRIAL Everyday browsing • Tab groups: keep work, shopping, and what you are following apart • Pinned tabs: important pages survive swipe-to-close and Close All • Bookmarks and Reading List: park a half-read article for later • Private browsing: private tabs leave no history • Several search engines, right from the address bar Content blocking • Removes ad slots and trackers, and collapses the gaps they leave only where it is clearly safe • Blocks malicious pop-ups and redirects: hijacked tabs, fake download buttons, back-button hijacking • Dismisses cookie notices automatically, so you stop tapping the same button on every site • Closes "open in app" walls by itself, and never taps the install button for you • Fingerprinting protection, and HTTPS everywhere • Built-in rules work out of the box; fuller community filter lists download in-app, free • The shield in the address bar: when one site looks wrong, unblock that site alone Start-page widgets • Currency: a big-button calculator that converts several currencies at once, using central bank reference rates where available • Timer, Weather, Radio, PTT, Toolkit, Fate and Cheer Kit PLUS: SMOOTHER WATCHING AND READING • Background audio — switch apps or lock the screen, and audio can keep playing • Picture in Picture — one tap in the ⋯ menu turns video into a floating window • Play queue and repeat — build your own order, repeat one item or the whole list • Resume playback — come back to a long video and land where you left off • Reader reflow — long articles rebuilt into one clean, continuous read • Continuous reading — pull in the next page without going back to the index • Automatic rule updates — blocking rules refresh up to three times a day • Hide short-form and end-screen recommendations — on supported video sites • More widgets — up to ten on the start page (five on the free plan) PRIVACY WITHOUT THE ADJECTIVES No personal sign-up or login is required. To keep Plus tied to this device, the app registers a persistent install identifier with our CISIP backend and syncs subscription transactions. No third-party, ad or analytics SDKs; no IDFA. App Privacy declares IDs, purchases, diagnostics, and server-logged app usage for analytics; none for tracking. Browsing history, searches, bookmarks, viewed media, and coordinates are not sent to us. Diagnostic logs are off by default; when on, URLs keep only the host name, and turning them off deletes them. STRAIGHT TALK Blocking removes most common ad slots and trackers, but sites keep changing: we do not claim to catch every ad, and some pages will still render imperfectly. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS • Plan: Vigatamala Plus, sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription. • Price: in Taiwan, NT$120 per month and NT$690 per year.
