UCLA BLink vs Apateu

BLink is your go-to app for discovering every popup and event happening at UCLA—conveniently organized in one spot so you never miss out.

Apateu is an AI housing agent for anyone looking for a place: students, interns and young professionals. Tell it what you want in plain words, like "a studio in Koreatown under $2,000, moving in June." Apateu searches apartments and sublets in Los Angeles, New York, the Bay Area, Seattle and Boston, and shows you the places with prices, photos and a map. When a price already includes required fees, it says so. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Ask the Housing Agent Search apartments and sublets just by asking. Narrow by budget, dates, bedrooms and area. Ask follow-up questions about a building or a neighborhood. • Find or post a sublease Browse sublets posted by real people, or post your own place for free. • Like, chat and plan a tour Send a like with your offer, or message the host. Chat in the app, and send an in-person tour invite right from the chat. • Ask Apateu AI, privately In any chat, ask things like "Is this price fair here?" or "What should I ask?" Only you see the answer. • Sign a standard sublease When you agree, make an agreement from the chat. The wording is fixed, not written by AI. You both read every section and sign in the app, and you both get the PDF by email. • Verify in seconds Verify with your school email to get a Verified Student badge. Any email works. SAFETY Report any listing, profile or message. Block people you don't want to hear from. GOOD TO KNOW • Apateu is free. There are no payments in the app. You arrange rent directly with the other person. • Apateu is not a party to your agreement and does not give legal advice. • AI answers can be wrong. Check price and availability with the landlord or leasing office.
