Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Baseball Lineup Maker at free with in-app purchases against Post9's subscription. Baseball Lineup Maker also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 2). Post9's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
