Wristoku is a completely free meditation app, thoughtfully designed with Apple Watch in mind. Turn the Digital Crown and watch a small ball glide in with each passing minute β a simple, calming way to stay present. With Apple Watch, you can also track your heart rate during sessions and sync your meditation minutes directly to Apple Health. Prefer using your iPhone? Wristoku works beautifully there too. One moment of stillness can change everything.
Daypause

A little time. A better day. Daypause offers one guided meditation each day. No library to browse, no routine to build. Just five minutes that belong to you. A FRESH DAILY FOCUS Explore 180 thoughtfully written meditations, from noticing sound to softening your shoulders. A different practice arrives each day, with the collection repeating every 180 days. ROOM TO SETTLE A singing bowl welcomes you in. Calm spoken guidance alternates with quiet spaces. Read along, listen with the screen locked, or turn the voice off to meditate in silence. English narration is included and works offline. ONE MOMENT IS ENOUGH Pause and return later that day. After finishing, you can meditate again whenever you like. Unfinished progress expires at midnight, so each day begins fresh. YOUR OWN SMALL RITUAL Choose an optional reminder, connect Apple Health on supported devices to save actual meditation time as Mindful Minutes, and reflect with optional check-ins. Journey keeps a record of the time you made for yourself, including partial sessions. Light and Dark appearances follow your preference. ON YOUR WRIST All 180 meditations are also included on Apple Watch. Listen without your iPhone, and sync practice history and daily completion whenever the paired apps connect. Todayβs paused progress syncs too; Apple Health can be connected separately. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No Daypause account. No ads. No tracking. Automatic iCloud sync keeps history, check-ins, daily completion, and todayβs paused progress together across your Apple devices. Your paired iPhone and Apple Watch also sync directly. Your daily reminder choice and time sync too; Voice, Text, appearance, and permissions stay on each device. Export or restore a backup on iPhone, iPad, or Mac, and manage your history on Watch too. Erase your practice whenever you like. All meditation content is included and works offline. Daypause supports general wellbeing and is not medical treatment.
