Your eyes are liars. So are your ears. Most people can't reliably remember a color or a tone from one second to the next. MatchMaxxer is a brutally honest test of how good your perception actually is. Two disciplines. Five rounds each. One chance per round. Every score comes with a verdict your group chat needs to see. Some are kind. Most are not. COLOR We show you a color for five seconds. You recreate it from memory using hue, saturation, and brightness sliders. Score is computed in CIE Lab Delta E, a real perceptual distance, not a fake. SOUND We play you a tone for two seconds. You drag your finger up and down to dial the pitch back from memory. Score is computed in cents, the unit your inner ear actually thinks in. Easy and Hard modes. Hard fades the source between the cue and the recall. Solo or pass-and-play multiplayer. Global leaderboard via Game Center. Beautiful share cards for Stories and Messages. No accounts. No ads. No tracking. Everything runs locally. Built by one person, on a Mac, in Swift. If your eyes and ears reject your guesses, that is between you and them.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MatchMaxxer Color Memory Game at 5.0 against Dolphin Emulator's 2.0. Dolphin Emulator's advantage is ratings volume (196 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dolphin Emulator sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and MatchMaxxer Color Memory Game sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
MatchMaxxer Color Memory Game holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dolphin Emulator has 196 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
