When you're on edge, take one breath first. Open it and start. There's a capybara on the screen, and their belly rises and falls with each breath β just follow along. One minute counts. BREATHE WITH THE SCREEN Three practices, all free: β’ Balanced Breath β in and out for the same length; good for a first try β’ Longer Exhale β breathe out a little longer than you breathe in; the loosening is easier to feel β’ Breath Counting β count from one to ten; if you drift, go back to one You can set the pace to whatever length feels comfortable. OR CLOSE YOUR EYES Turn on sound guidance and a soft cue marks every breath in and every breath out β no need to watch the screen. Halfway through, you can press the power button and put the screen to sleep. The practice keeps going on its own and ends with three gentle strikes. Three cue sounds to choose from: singing bowl, chime, waves. Don't want sound? Turn it off in Settings. COME WHENEVER YOU WANT TO Capy is here every day. Come back tomorrow, come back in a month β it's the same welcome either way. The calendar keeps the days you came. That's all it does. WHAT COSTS MONEY Exactly one thing: unlocking the places Capy's friends live β Pond Bridge, Tea Veranda, Stargazing Terrace. One purchase, yours for good. The practices always stay on the free side. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Open it and use it. Every record lives on this device only, and it all works in airplane mode. THINGS YOU MEET IF YOU STAY β’ Every finished practice earns an orange you can give to Capy β’ Gone a long while? Capy hands over the ones they saved up β’ Now and then you get invited over to a friend's place β’ Places you've visited turn into polaroids in an album β’ Capy and every friend can be named by you Capy was already fine. Just glad you came.

pppp is a running app that utilizes the sound of a military whistle as your pacer. Without music or a coach, you can maintain your cadence with just the simple rhythm of a whistle. [Recommended For] - Runners who focus better on rhythmic cues than music - Anyone looking to consciously increase their cadence (steps per minute) - Those who want to do structured interval training on their own - Anyone who misses the distinct rhythm of military PT and group runs [Key Features] 3 Whistle Patterns - Simple Beat β A basic mode that sounds evenly at your set BPM. Perfect for finding your initial cadence. - Military Style β An accented tone sounds every N beats. Beep Beep Beep Beep-beep! Use it to break up your intervals or as pace checkpoints. - Interval β Set different BPMs and durations for high-intensity and low-intensity segments. Train in intervals purely by sound, without needing a timer. [Real-time BPM Adjustment While Running] Move the slider, and the change is applied instantly on the very next beat. No need to pause or restart. [Pace Input β Automatic BPM Recommendation] Enter your target pace (min/km), and the app automatically recommends a BPM that matches cadence standards. For example, a 5:00/km pace recommends 173 BPM, and a 4:00/km pace recommends around 180 BPM. [Volume Control] Finely adjust the volume to a comfortable level that isn't harsh on your ears. [Simple Black & White Design] A minimalist, clutter-free black and white UI. Check your BPM at a single glance while running. [Running and Cadence] Cadence refers to the number of steps you take per minute (counting both feet). Generally, 160β180 BPM is known to be ideal for maintaining an efficient running posture. Shortening your stride and increasing your stride rate reduces the impact on your knees and joints while improving energy efficiency. pppp is the simplest and most intuitive tool for this cadence training. [Recommended BPM Guide] | Target Pace | Recommended BPM | |------------|----------| | Under 4:00/km | 180~185 | | 4:30/km | 176 | | 5:00/km | 173 | | 5:30/km | 168 | | 6:00/km | 163 | | Over 6:30/km | 155~160 |
