Impats vs Introspace

Impats ensures that you can concentrate on your primary objectives rather than having to deal with tedious paperwork.

Introspace matches rooms in Berlin through people you already know. No cold messages, no strangers. A match only happens when a mutual contact knows both sides — someone who can vouch for the connection and make the introduction. HOW IT WORKS - Post a room you're offering, or describe what you're looking for - Share your listing with friends — on social media, in group chats, anywhere - Friends who save it become your connectors, and their saves build your network - When someone has saved both a room and a seeker, it's a match - That person — the connector — makes the introduction PRIVACY BY DESIGN Photos and identities stay hidden until both sides agree to be introduced. Until then, your mutual contact appears only as a shared connection. BUILT FOR BERLIN District-aware matching with budgets and move-in dates — rooms, sublets, and flatshares across the city. Free.
