CheckLoop turns everything that repeats into reusable checklists you can run again and again — morning routines, onboarding steps, packing lists, maintenance checks, and editorial workflows. Build a template once, then reuse it any time. Organize your life and work with a clear hierarchy of Spaces, folders, lists, and elements. Group projects, departments, or life areas into spaces, structure them with folders, and break work down into items you check off, notes, and reminders so nothing is forgotten. Need a checklist fast? Let AI create a ready-to-use list or template from a short prompt, then fine-tune it your way. Invite family, friends, or your team into a shared space and manage tasks together. Everyone sees the same lists and progress, synced in real time across all devices. CheckLoop is fast and reliable, even on the go. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced through a modern cloud backend when you're online — so you can keep checking off tasks even with a weak connection. KEY FEATURES - Reusable checklists & templates: turn recurring processes into templates you reuse any time. - AI list creation: generate lists and templates from a simple prompt. - Powerful elements: checks, text, headlines, yes/no, dropdowns, input fields, images, conditional (if/else) logic you can nest into full decision trees, and more. - Nested templates: embed one template inside another for complex, repeatable workflows. - Collaborative spaces: share with family, friends, or teams and work from the same lists. - Share by link: send a checklist to anyone — they open it and check items off, no account needed. - PDF export (Pro): save any list as a clean PDF — with its images, current progress, your notes and a QR code back to the list — to print, file or send. - Real-time sync: changes appear on every device almost instantly. - Reminders & due dates: set due dates and personal reminders so nothing slips — they reach you even offline. - Progress tracking: see completion at a glance with progress bars. - Offline-first: lists are stored on your device and sync when you're back online. - Flexible structure: organize with spaces, folders, lists, elements, and per-list notes. - Cross-platform: works on iOS, Android, and the web. - Dark mode: follows your device, or pick light or dark yourself. - Privacy-minded: a modern, secure backend and protected sign-in. Whether you're standardizing team workflows or keeping everyday life under control, CheckLoop helps you build routines you can rely on. About

14 Days

Make progress you can look back on. 14 Days is a habit and goal tracker built around 14-day challenges and a daily progress journal. Choose something you want to work on, take action each day, and write down what you did. Add a photo when you want to capture a result. A clear finish line Give your goal the next 14 days. Practice a language, read regularly, study, or move a personal project forward. You choose the goal and the daily action. Each entry becomes part of your progress story. How it works 1. Create a challenge with your goal and description. 2. Take action and write your daily entry before the day's deadline. 3. Add an optional photo and complete the day. 4. Continue through Day 14 to finish the challenge. Write, reflect, keep going Every daily entry requires at least 300 letters or numbers. Spaces and punctuation do not count toward that minimum. Use the space to record what you did, what you learned and what you want to improve. Reminders for unfinished days Choose morning or evening reminders in Settings. Once all of today's available challenge days are complete, reminders stop for the day. Notifications require your permission and can be turned off. One rule to know before you start If you miss a day's deadline, that challenge is marked as failed. You cannot fill in missed days later. To try again, create a new challenge. There is no automatic restart. Your goals, your progress - Run several challenges at the same time - Follow your progress across 14 days - Keep daily written entries and optional photos - Choose a color theme for each challenge - Review completed and failed challenges Free to start; subscription to continue Days 1 and 2 of each challenge are free. A monthly or yearly Premium subscription is required for Day 3 and all remaining days. Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Choose a goal worth showing up for. Start your first two days.
