Revo is your AI chief of staff. It catches the commitments buried in your meetings, email, and Slack, turns them into ready-to-run action items, and drafts the actual work — the deck, the doc, the tickets, the reply — before you even ask. YOUR DAY, ALREADY TRIAGED Every action item lands as a card: what happened, why it matters, and the exact quote it came from. Flip through the deck and decide in seconds — run it, chat about it, snooze it, or skip it. A minimal list view shows what Revo is doing with every item at a glance. ONE TAP, REAL DELIVERABLES Tap a card and Revo builds the plan: a client deck in Google Slides, a job spec in Notion, a postmortem in Confluence, Jira bugs with repro steps and acceptance criteria, a reply ready to send. Review every step, then slide to execute. Nothing runs without your approval. WATCH IT WORK, LIVE Revo works in the open — every step and every tool call streams in real time. Jump into the chat to add context (type it or just talk, live voice dictation is built in), steer mid-run, and pick up the finished artifacts right in the app. If Revo needs your input, the card says so. DROP A THOUGHT, FORGET IT The orange button captures anything in two taps — a note, a voice memo, a photo, a file. Offline? It's saved on-device and ships itself when you're back. Share into Revo from any app. Your drop comes back as a task with a plan. MEETINGS, REMEMBERED Record in-person conversations straight from your pocket, or send Revo's notetaker to your video calls. AI summaries, searchable transcripts — tap any sentence to jump the recording — and the action items that fell out of every conversation. AT A GLANCE A home-screen widget keeps your most urgent items one look away. Mark done or launch a run without opening the app. WORKS WITH YOUR TOOLS Jira, Slack, Gmail, Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Linear, GitHub, Salesforce, and more — Revo executes where your team already works. Built for people whose work lives in conversations — founders, sales, product, ops, anyone who leaves a meeting with ten promises and no time to keep them. A Revo workspace account is required.
