When something goes wrong, the right information should be easy to hand over. HarborKeep keeps your family's important records private on your iPhone and iPad, and turns the essentials into a one-page sheet someone else can use. PRINT AN EMERGENCY SHEET One page for the fridge or a sitter: the emergency number, your address and helpful household information, who to call, the people who live with you and their allergies and conditions, medications, doctors, and the home plan. Fields you mark private are left out, and the page explains when details could not be included. YOU CHOOSE WHAT GOES ON IT Start with the Emergency Sheet Guide, or pick each detail yourself. Add contacts from Apple Contacts without giving HarborKeep access to your whole address book, reuse contacts you've already saved, or type them in. Your address and each household member are separate choices, and each medication can say who takes it. Preview the page, then print, AirDrop, message, or save it to Files. ONE PLACE FOR WHAT MATTERS Keep insurance, identification, medical contacts, medications, legal papers, pets, and household records organized with categories, favorites, and related records. Pin what matters to the Emergency tab. Set optional reminders before policies and IDs expire, with notification text that keeps details private. PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS THAT WORK FOR YOU Scan documents, extract text, and search what's inside them. Review photo tags and suggested dates, and decide what to apply. Analysis runs on your device. YOUR DATA, YOUR COPIES Create encrypted backups for free, and keep an offline recovery kit with them. The kit can open supported backups on a computer without HarborKeep, within documented size and format limits. Save a Readable Copy as PDFs and files you can open anywhere, with the option to leave out designated private fields. Review your copy before sharing. Recover deleted records from Recently Deleted for up to 30 days. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your records are encrypted before they're stored and protected by Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. Sync across your devices using the same Apple Account with iCloud and iCloud Keychain turned on. HarborKeep has no separate account, no ads, and no third-party tracking. ALSO INCLUDED Formatted notes and drawings with Plain, Lined, Grid, or Dots paper, share-sheet capture with Shared Inbox, encrypted drafts that survive interruptions, a password and passphrase generator, and AutoFill for saved logins. FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL ONE-TIME UPGRADE Records, search, the emergency sheet, the Household Profile, encrypted backups, readable copies, and up to 12 attachments per record are free. HarborKeep Pro is a one-time purchase that adds unlimited custom category photos and up to 25 attachments per record. No subscription.

Task Chart is a planner app where your plan is written on one big sheet of paper. ■ One sheet Goals and tasks live together on a single sheet, nothing abbreviated. The phone screen is a window onto that paper. Pinch to zoom, pick a task up with your finger and rearrange it — you see where everything will settle before you let go. ■ Day by day Tap a cell and record the day in one stroke — a check, or a number. The row and the day light up in a quiet cross. Past days turn like a scroll under your finger. ■ Quiet by design No advertising. No tracking (only anonymous usage counts, which you can turn off in Settings). No badges, no streaks, no flames. Just paper and ink. ■ What you write is yours The notebook is stored on your device only, and you can export it to a file at any time. If you stop subscribing, everything you wrote stays readable. Nothing becomes unreadable. ■ About the subscription Writing — creating and editing tasks and records — requires the Task Chart subscription (US$0.99/month or US$11.99/year; prices vary by region). Reading and exporting are free without one. The first 14 days are free for new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free period ends, your Apple ID is charged for the period you chose, and it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in iPhone Settings. If you purchased the earlier paid version, please contact support.
