Yaps is a local anonymous posting app for seeing what people nearby are talking about. Create an account to post under your username, upvote posts, report content, and join safer local conversations. Yaps is anonymous to the public, not lawless. Public posts show only a username, post content, approximate distance, timestamp, category, comment count, and upvote count. Exact coordinates, email addresses, real names, login providers, and internal account IDs are not shown publicly. Why people use Yaps: - See local posts from people nearby - Browse without creating an account - Filter posts by 1, 5, or 10 miles - Post under your username - Upvote the best local vibes - Report posts for moderator review - Use Sign in with Apple, Google, or email - Delete your account in-app - Join Yapper’s Tier to comment on posts Yaps uses location to show nearby posts and create local posts. Location is used for distance filtering and is not shown as exact coordinates to other users. Yaps is built for neighborhood chatter that feels fun, quick, and safer than anonymous chaos. See what your area is yapping about. Yapper's Tier is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks commenting on posts.
