TellWhere Scan Pro is a scanner and scan manager that separates your original scans from your PDF exports. Your usual scanner generates a PDF and forgets everything. TellWhere Scan Pro does the opposite: it keeps your original scans permanently and lets you produce different PDF versions without ever touching your originals. - 0 ads, 0 data collection, 0 cloud, 0 subscription. - An app designed for those who refuse to compromise. - No ads, no subscription, no data collection, no cloud. - No account to create, no tracking, no data exploited. - Everything is processed locally, directly on your device. - A one-time purchase, then lasting peace of mind. - A demanding approach to privacy, security, and digital sobriety. HOW IT WORKS TellWhere Scan Pro is not just a scanner. It's a scan manager that separates your original scans from your PDF exports so you never lose anything and can modify everything temporarily or permanently. Step 1: simply scan your documents. Your original scans remain in raw format, intact and permanently available in the app. Organize them by category, add them to favorites, add new scanned pages, delete or reorder existing ones at any time, with no limits. Step 2: generate your PDFs on demand from your original scans. Produce as many PDF versions as needed, tailored to each use. Full version or page selection, lightweight quality for email or high resolution for archiving, in color or grayscale, with stamp, annotation, signature, or password protection. You can also select multiple original scans to merge them into a single PDF. Your original scans are never altered. Note: you can also modify an original scan directly if you want the change to carry over to all future PDFs generated from it. AVAILABLE ACTIONS ON ORIGINAL SCANS (any modification will carry over to all future generated PDFs) - Add new pages (scan additional pages) - Delete pages - Reorder pages (move up/down) - Save each page individually (original scan) to Photos or Files - Insert annotations, signatures, highlights, text, shapes, stickers, fill in forms - Print a page directly via AirPrint - Rename - Change category (Invoices, Administrative, Health, Personal, Work, Other) - Add or remove from favorites - Export as PDF - Export as TXT - Select multiple original scans to generate a single PDF - Share each page individually AVAILABLE ACTIONS ON GENERATED PDFs (modifications to a PDF will have no impact on other generated PDFs or on the original scans) - Choose which pages to include (full or partial export) - Insert annotations, signatures, highlights, text, shapes, stickers, fill in forms - Apply a stamp (Confidential, Copy, Original, Draft, Received) - Protect with a password - Choose color mode (independent from the original) - Choose page format - Adjust quality/compression (light, medium, high quality) - Adjust resolution (200 or 300 DPI) - Customize the exported file name independently from the original scans and other PDFs - Share the PDF / TXT KEY STRENGTHS: - Your original scans remain intact. Unlike apps that only keep the final PDF, TellWhere Scan Pro preserves your raw scans permanently. - Smart scanning: automatic edge detection and perspective correction. Automatic or manual scanning. Adjust corners, brightness, and contrast. Retake or accept each page before saving. - Generate different PDF versions from a single scan: partial pages, stamps (Confidential, etc.), password protection, color or grayscale, adjustable quality. Each PDF export is independent and editable — your original scans stay untouched. - Merge freely: combine multiple scans into a single PDF without ever altering the originals. - Automatic text recognition via OCR: invisible OCR layer built in — your PDFs are searchable, copyable, and accepted by all government agencies. - Text extraction in TXT format. - Encryption and 100% local app: native iOS encryption and no data is ever sent to the Internet. OCR processing is performed entirely on your device.
