Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: KeyCalc at none against ShadowCalc's 3. KeyCalc also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). ShadowCalc's advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 2). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ShadowCalc sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. KeyCalc asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for KeyCalc against 5.0 for ShadowCalc. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ShadowCalc has 22 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
