About

FitStreak

Build a workout habit you can understand and keep. FitStreak turns your weekly plan into a truthful daily training record. Choose a proven routine or shape every weekday yourself, train with guided and editable sessions, then open any day to see what was planned, what happened, and what your recorded work suggests next. BUILD YOUR WEEK Start with Full Body, Upper / Lower, Push / Pull / Legs, Strength + Cardio, 3-Day Gain Foundation, or a Custom Week. Make each weekday a training, recovery, or open day. Give training days their own focus, name, muscles, exercise order, and duration. CHOOSE GOALS THAT FIT Train without a weight target, or choose fat loss, maintenance, or healthy weight gain. Set editable targets for sessions, active minutes, steps, active energy, cardio, walking and running distance, and sleep. Suggested targets never silently replace your weekly routine. OPEN THE STORY BEHIND EVERY DAY Tap a calendar date to see its Day Story. Completed workout days show duration, sets, repetitions, supported loads, exercise order, effort, muscles, and progression context. LEARN 157 EXERCISES Browse strength, mobility, and conditioning movements across bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, barbells, kettlebells, cables, machines, benches, pull-up bars, and cardio machines. Each bundled exercise has a cohesive animated form guide with setup, work, and controlled-return cues. Open the same guidance in the Library, workout preview, or active exercise. Pause or replay a guide; with Reduce Motion, switch between static positions instead. MAKE EACH SESSION YOURS Reorder, add, remove, or edit exercises before you begin. During training, adjust targets and loads, add planned sets, hold an active set to remove it with guarded Undo, change the live rest timer, move untouched exercises in the queue, skip or return movements, substitute an exercise, or finish early while preserving completed work. USE THE WORK YOU RECORDED Completion feedback matches the outcome: finishing every planned set earns a one-shot celebration, while a partial session stays calm unless complete history verifies an all-time personal best for a fully performed prescribed exercise. Supportive coaching stays grounded in comparable recorded work. FitStreak can call out a better, maintained, tougher, partial, or first baseline session, explain what went well and what to watch, and suggest one practical next action without grading sparse data or claiming to assess form. Review exercise trends and muscle-recovery estimates, apply a bounded progression suggestion to the next matching workout, track streaks and movement goals, unlock achievements, share weekly/monthly recaps, and keep long history manageable with incremental view-more controls. When a body-weight goal is active, follow a calmer optional trend and next check-in instead of treating each day as a score. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH When you choose to connect Apple Health, FitStreak can show up to 42 days of accessible activity and sleep plus a longer, bounded read-only body-weight trend while the app is active. You can also choose to save completed FitStreak workouts to Health. FitStreak never writes body weight, Health context never marks a plan day complete, and the app does not use background Health delivery. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, or FitStreak server is required. App-owned routines, goals, workout results, and notes stay in the app container on your iPhone unless you choose to share or export them. Health access is optional and controlled through Apple’s HealthKit permissions. FitStreak provides general training guidance, not diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, medical clearance, or emergency services. Choose movements and intensity appropriate for you and stop if you feel pain. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Verdict

The call

Strainup and FitStreak are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters β€” price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them β€” neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
