LangDiary is a thoughtful journaling app that helps you improve your writing skills in a new language through daily practice and AI-assisted feedback. Instead of writing in your native language, you express your thoughts in the language you are learning and increase both your fluency and confidence. After submitting your submission, LangDiary provides AI-driven corrections that highlight errors and offer clear suggestions for improvement. There are no real-time prompts or auto-corrections, so you can write freely and naturally without interruption. Once checked, you can compare your original input with the corrected version to see how your writing develops over time. LangDiary supports German, Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish and English. Your entries are securely stored on your device and privately synced to iCloud - only you can read them. If you choose to receive corrections, your submission is shared anonymously and only for correction. LangDiary creates a safe, private space where you can improve your language skills - one journal entry at a time. Start writing in your target language and take your writing skills to the next level. About

Practice Kana

Features

Kana sticks when you write it. Practice Kana is built around that one thing. No streaks, no XP, no sign-up screen. Open the app and you're already practicing. STROKE BY STROKE Red numbers over a faint guide show you the stroke order. Follow them, then turn the page to the next character. Forgot the order? Tap Replay to watch each stroke drawn again. When a character feels familiar, switch to Freehand and write it on a blank sheet. You'll see right away how many strokes you wrote and whether the count is right. HEAR IT, TOO Tap any character to hear it read in Japanese, in your choice of three voices. QUIZZES ON YOUR TERMS Write the kana from its reading, or pick the reading for a kana. Choose hiragana, katakana or both, from the basics through dakuten, handakuten and yōon, and set how many questions you want. In the writing quiz, the answer is laid over your own handwriting, so you can see exactly where it differs. Anything you missed is one tap away from the results screen. PROGRESS WITHOUT THE PRESSURE Finished characters get a small mark on the kana chart: 104 hiragana and 104 katakana. No scores, no rankings, no streaks to protect. Go at your own pace. YOUR PAPER, YOUR WAY The default theme follows light and dark mode. Or make your own: pick the accent color, the paper color, and a background such as washi, a manuscript grid, or one of your own photos. GREAT FOR • Beginners starting hiragana and katakana • Learners who can read kana but get stuck on stroke order • Anyone who finds gamified study apps more distracting than helpful No sign-up, no ads, and no internet connection needed. Messy strokes are welcome. Start with one character today.
